1. General Control with Good Hygienic Practices GHP
2. Controls specific to the hazard at the critical point to be controlled; and

Expanded Food Innovation City at Kasetsart University (FI@Kasetsart) is a project arising from a collaboration between the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and Kasetsart University. Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on expanding food innovation city operation areas to Kasetsart University on October 1, 2019, it is an integrated project of cooperation between 5 main food departments of Kasetsart University, namely: Faculty of Agro-Industry, Faculty of Fisheries, Faculty of Science The Institute of Food Research and Development (IFRPD) and the Institute of Agricultural Product Research and Development (KAPI) aim to assist and develop entrepreneurs in the agro-industry and food industry in the form of a One-Stop service center. ) Connect the expertise of researchers from various departments of Kasetsart University and partner agencies. To develop and upgrade food innovations including the potential of entrepreneurs to be able to compete in the world market

Institute of Food Product Research and Development (IFRPD) and Institute of Agricultural Product Research and Development (KAPI)
This is another collaboration between NSTDA and Kasetsart University. With the ultimate goal is to upgrade the innovation of Thai food products. to continue to compete in the global market
