The National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA)’s Food Innopolis and Kasetsart University signed a memorandum of understanding to establish Food Innopolis in Kasetsart University(KU) on 1 October 2019, MOU-CO-2562-10607-TH, according to the sub-MOU No. 1/2562. The “Food Innopolis Management Project to Promote Food Innovation and Enhancement of SMEs and Foodtech Startups” integrated an array of Kasetsart University’s departments including The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Fisheries, Institute of Food Research and Product Development and Kasetsart Agricultural and Agro-Industrial Product Improvement Institute.
To promote food innovation and enhancement of SMEs and foodtech Startups through food innovation research and development.
To increase competitiveness
of SMEs and
foodtech startups at the global level.
To connect agencies with expertisein food industry development.
